Sweet Inspirations - A Cafe to Visit

Coming from my graveyard shift today, I met up with two of my friends to have brunch.  This was actually a post birthday surprise treat for Joseph and a remote advanced celebration fo our friend Nes who is in the US.

Chelle suggested that we go to a place called Sweet Inspirations. We took a cab going to this resto which you could find at 311 Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Before we went to this establishment, I visualized that it is more of a Bakeshop similar to Red Ribbon or Goldilocks. However, I was quite surprised when we entered the Cafe. The food was not only limited to pastries and sweets but I saw that most of the customers were eating rice.  Other than the variety of food which makes it a good place to eat, I also find the ambiance calm and relaxing inspite of it being filled with people.

Though it was a very quite place, I did not actually felt sleepy.  On the contrary, I felt excited in the dining experience that I was about to go through especially when my eyes laid on one area where it says "Eat all you can Mongolian Buffet" which only costs Php310.00.

The three of us took turns in preparing our own mix of Mongolian Rice Bowls.  This buffet corner has the following choices:    FOR THE SAUCES: Ginger Water, Garlic Water, Lemon Water, Corn Oil, Sesame Oil, Chili Paste, Soy Sauce, Schezuan Sauce, Mongolian Sauce (of course!), Teriyaki Sauce.  FOR THE MEATS:  Beef, Chicken, Pork, Squid (my favorite!!!), Chicken Liver (bgs a very good taste to the mix) and Squid Balls.  VEGETABLES and other ingredients:  Chinese Cabbage, Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Bell Pepper, Singkamas, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlc, Ginger, Chili Pepper, Tofu, Sesame Seeds, Peanuts, Sotanghon and Rice.

Our freshly cooked and served hot mixed bowls were partnered with bottomless Iced Tea.  Joseph and Chelle had two servings of the rice mix.  The three of us also shared a piece of cake which we really enjoyed --- peach mango torte.  The sweetness of this dessert was just right for us.
Sweet Inspirations also serves soups and appetizers, breakfast, salads and sandwiches, pastas, pinoy merienda (Bibingka and Puto-bumbong), pies and pastries.

The Cafe is also a wi-fi zone which you can enjoy while taking pleasure in eating your delicious meals. They also offer Full Mongolian Catering (eat all you can).  You may contact them at 433-42-00 for your inquiries or visit http://www.cafesweet.com
